Noah Jermain just graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Missouri State University, and he will be moving to New York City this fall.

He grew up in the small-town Savannah, Missouri, and being from the “Show Me” state means you should be a performer, right? Noah has loved being an entertainer ever since he was a kid running up and down the halls quoting Jim Carrey movies or taking the spotlight when his dad was holding the video camera. Though he is twenty-three on the outside, Noah is a fifty-year-old man on the inside who loves a good pun and found a passion for rock music of the 70s and 80s like Van Halen and Queen as a kid. Hearing the sound of an electric guitar was the first time he fell in love. He begged his parents for guitar lessons and twelve years later, being a musician is as much a part of him is as is being an actor. Noah’s family means the world to him and they’ve made him the goofy, God-loving guy he is today. He was raised to work hard, be kind to people and love coffee.

Doing speech and debate in high school taught him having a strong work ethic and giving nothing less than your best can make dreams come true. It gave him the guts to pursue acting and he found theatre as he entered college at Missouri State University. Noah has been in numerous productions while at MSU. He has also done professional work with Forestburgh Playhouse, Tent Theatre and Grandstreet Theatre. Acting for film is still his greatest passion, and he can be seen in the MSU Electronic Arts short film Posers. At the end of the day, all Noah wants to do is create art that gives people an escape or makes their day a little brighter than it was before they walked into the theatre. . .

Also, the job stability is a huge plus.
